Facing the broad prospects of Hunan's new energy market, Nedis 耐迪斯 has swiftly taken action, delving into the market to seek cooperation opportunities.
The Southern Aerospace High-Precision Transmission Megawatt-Level Wind Turbine Gearbox Capacity Enhancement Project is jointly developed by the China Aviation Changsha Design and Research Institute and China Minmetals 23rd Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd. It has extremely high requirements for the production environment—the ground must be able to withstand heavy loads and have excellent compressive and wear resistance, as well as high flatness, to ensure precision and safety during production. To meet these needs, Nedis recommended its epoxy self-leveling + polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring system.

Throughout the construction process, by carefully grinding the base and applying Nedis's highly efficient penetrating primer, the ground adhesion was significantly enhanced, laying a solid foundation for subsequent flooring processes.
Epoxy self-leveling floor
As the base layer, its excellent self-leveling properties ensure high flatness, providing a solid base for the subsequent polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant layer, while also enhancing the overall strength and chemical corrosion resistance of the floor.
Polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant floor
As the surface layer, the polyurethane material, with its excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and good anti-slip performance, provides a stable and reliable working environment for gearbox production. It ensures that the floor remains intact even under high-frequency, high-intensity production operations, reducing maintenance costs and improving production efficiency.
After practical use verification, the flooring system fully meets Southern Aerospace's requirements for the production environment and successfully passed acceptance in November this year.
