To address potential chemical corrosion, high cleanliness needs, and heavy equipment operating pressures during electrolyte production, Fan Sai Ke ultimately chose the Nedis epoxy self-leveling floor and polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant floor system, comprehensively covering the electrolyte preparation area, battery assembly workshop, and warehousing and logistics areas. The epoxy self-leveling floor, with epoxy resin as its base material, achieves mirror-level flatness through a self-leveling construction process, completely eliminating ground gaps and effectively preventing dust and microbial growth, providing a clean and dust-free working environment for precise electrolyte preparation and battery core component assembly. Its surface has excellent acid and alkali resistance, capable of withstanding corrosion from common weakly acidic or alkaline substances in electrolyte production, ensuring long-term stable operation of the workshop floor.
