This project places stringent requirements on the safety and functionality of the production environment. In the refining workshop, a core area with high temperatures and strong corrosiveness, the project selected the Nedis anti-static self-leveling floor system to address the challenges of electrostatic accumulation, chemical corrosion, and high cleanliness in chemical production. This flooring system, through the innovative combination of solvent-free epoxy resin matrix and single-walled carbon nanotube conductive medium, not only achieves efficient electrostatic dissipation, avoiding safety risks caused by sparks, but also eliminates ground gaps through a mirror-level leveling process, blocking the hiding space for dust and pollutants, providing a clean and dust-free working environment for precision chemical production. For the high-intensity logistics operations in the raw material warehouse, the project further introduced the Nedis polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring. This system, using elastic polyurethane resin as the base material, significantly improves the ground's impact resistance and anti-slip performance through the synergistic design of wear-resistant fillers and fine-grained textures. Its fine particle surface structure not only reduces tire friction noise from heavy forklifts and transportation equipment but also effectively disperses pressure, preventing cracks or depressions in the ground due to repeated rolling.
