The Nedis self-leveling colored sand flooring uses water-based epoxy resin as a base material, incorporating natural mineral colored sand and recycled aggregates. Through a self-leveling process, it forms a seamless, mirror-like smooth surface, completely eliminating floor gaps and hiding dirt. Coupled with high wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, it can withstand the long-term effects of cleaning agents, residual emulsions, and high-temperature steam, ensuring a clean and stable production environment. To meet the high cleanliness requirements of the dairy product workshop, the system incorporates an anti-slip design to reduce the risk of slips. Its low VOC emissions and solvent-free formula enable zero-pollution construction, meeting food safety contact material standards and ensuring environmental safety and employee health during production.
