Technical parameters

Jinshan Dairy, a leading dairy company in China, considers the flooring system a critical element in ensuring food safety and production efficiency as it upgrades its modernized production system. Given the special working conditions in the dairy processing workshop, including frequent cleaning and disinfection, forklift traffic, and the corrosive effects of spilled sugar and dairy products, Jinshan Dairy chose Nedis polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring to create a comprehensive, gap-free protection system. This flooring uses polyurethane resin as its base material, incorporating angular wear-resistant fillers. A molecular-level compacting process creates a flexible yet hard composite layer structure. Its core advantages are: firstly, the high-elasticity layer design effectively absorbs the impact of equipment vibration and heavy-load rolling, extending the service life of the floor; secondly, its scratch resistance and wear resistance are more than three times higher than traditional epoxy flooring, withstanding the frictional wear and tear from forklifts, filling equipment, and other high-frequency mechanical movements. Simultaneously, its acid, alkali, and oil resistance properties address the challenges of cleaning agents and residual dairy products in the dairy production environment. To meet the cleanliness requirements of food processing workshops, the system uses a matte, non-slip textured surface, reducing the risk of slips and falls. Seamless construction eliminates crevices where dirt can accumulate, and the easy-to-clean formula ensures the floor remains clean even after frequent steam cleaning and high-temperature disinfection.
