Zhanghewan Pumped Storage Power Station, Hebei Province - Powerhouse Area
The Zhanghewan Pumped Storage Power Station in Hebei Province, as the largest pumped storage power station in the province, is not only an important regulating hub for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid, but also the first public welfare power project built using Asian Development Bank loans. In the internal ground treatment of the power station, the Nedis polishing colored sand floor system was selected for its excellent performance. This system uses natural colored quartz sand and high-performance epoxy resin as the base material, and through precise processes achieves seamless integration, meeting the stringent requirements of industrial scenarios for high strength, wear resistance, and anti-slip, while also optimizing the spatial visual experience with soft color matching and natural texture. Its "colored sand seamless hard carpet" design concept not only gives the ground a soft touch and seamless clean effect similar to a carpet, but also effectively withstands the long-term test of high humidity, heavy load, and complex chemical environments in the power station through its pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. In the actual application of the Zhanghewan Power Station, the Nedis floor quickly completed large-area coverage through scientific construction technology, ensuring the long-term stable use of equipment areas, passages, and public spaces, and also conforming to the concept of modern green infrastructure with low maintenance costs and environmentally friendly and pollution-free characteristics. Its smooth and easy-to-clean surface further improves the hygiene standards and operating efficiency of the internal environment of the power station, becoming a model case of "combining function and aesthetics" in the industrial flooring field.
