The completion of Yu Nan (Guangzhou) Cosmetics Co., Ltd.'s new production base vividly interprets the beauty industry's new exploration of upgrading its production environment. As a brand deeply cultivating the high-end skincare field, Yu Nan has multi-dimensional requirements for the ground system of its production base: it must meet GMP cleanroom standards to ensure zero pollution during production; it also needs customized solutions based on the characteristics of different functional areas such as raw material warehouses, filling lines, and packaging areas; and it must also convey the brand's aesthetic philosophy through spatial design. Based on this pursuit of ultimate quality, Yu Nan ultimately chose to establish a strategic partnership with Nedis. In the core production area, the project uses a customized violet epoxy resin pressed sand floor system. This product perfectly blends colored quartz sand with epoxy resin through a special process, forming a dense, seamless dust-proof surface. Its slightly rough surface meets the anti-slip requirements of the cleanroom, while the low-saturation violet tone creates an elegant and tranquil visual atmosphere. In the high-traffic logistics channels and packaging areas, a polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring system is used. This product, through the composite structure of an elastic polyurethane layer and a rigid surface layer, maintains high flatness while possessing excellent impact resistance and chemical resistance. Its matte surface effectively reduces light reflection, reduces visual fatigue, and ensures that employees maintain a comfortable experience during long hours of work.
