Fuzhou Metro Line 6, a key transportation project in Fujian Province, has raised higher requirements for the performance and aesthetics of ground materials. Nedis® has developed an epoxy self-leveling floor system suitable for high-traffic density and complex working conditions in metro stations and track areas. This product uses solvent-free epoxy resin as its core base material, incorporating high-performance curing agents and wear-resistant fillers. Through a self-leveling process, it forms a seamless, integral coating that not only meets the stringent standards of metro spaces for cleanliness and durability, but also creates a modern and functional visual experience for the platform through diverse color combinations and surface texture designs. In the practice of Fuzhou Metro Line 6, the floor system's resistance to chemical corrosion and moisture resistance effectively withstands the effects of cleaning agents, rainwater penetration, and the high-humidity environment of coastal areas, maintaining a smooth, crack-free surface for a long time. Its high-gloss mirror effect also improves the station's lighting efficiency. At the same time, the product uses a low-VOC environmentally friendly formula that meets the air quality requirements of enclosed metro spaces. The rapid curing characteristics during construction significantly shorten the construction period and reduce interference with the metro construction schedule.
