Nedis has tailored a polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring system for the complex working conditions of more than 10 special processes in aviation engine manufacturing, including heat treatment, welding, non-destructive testing, and chemical treatment. This system, through a multi-layer composite structure design combined with angular ultra-wear-resistant fillers and an elastic buffer layer, not only meets the harsh challenges of high-frequency heavy-duty equipment operation, high-temperature spark splashing, and chemical reagent corrosion in the workshop, but also uses a seamless integrated construction process to completely eliminate ground gaps, preventing dust and impurity pollution, and providing a clean and controllable working environment for precision aviation manufacturing. Its excellent acid and alkali resistance and anti-permeability can withstand long-term corrosion by strong corrosive media, ensuring that the ground remains durable, smooth, and undamaged. The fine granular texture on the surface not only improves the anti-slip performance and reduces the risk of personnel and equipment slipping, but its low-VOC environmental protection characteristics also meet the requirements of aviation manufacturing for green production.
