Zhongshan Torch Service Area - Outdoor Parking
Zhongshan Torch Service Area, as one of the first batch of "zero-carbon" highway service areas piloted by the Ministry of Transport (the only one selected in Guangdong Province), is built with green building concepts at its core. It integrates clean energy technologies such as solar power generation, energy storage systems, and intelligent charging piles, achieving 100% green electricity supply and carbon-neutral operation. In this project, Nedis provided a polyurethane outdoor weather-resistant flooring solution for the special needs of the outdoor parking area, meeting the service area's high standards for environmental protection, durability, and functionality. This flooring system uses polyurethane as a base material, combined with UV-resistant additives and high-molecular elastic fillers, forming a dense and flexible coating structure. It can withstand the extreme climate challenges of Guangdong's coastal region, including high temperatures, heavy rain, and strong sunlight. The fine granular texture design of its surface also gives the ground excellent anti-slip performance, effectively reducing the risk of vehicle slippage on rainy days and ensuring the safe passage of the new energy vehicle charging pile area. At the same time, the product's rapid curing process significantly shortens the construction period and minimizes the impact on the service area's operation.
