Gansu Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd., Tianshui Cigarette Factory, established in 1989, has always focused on cigarette manufacturing and sales. Its modern production lines have increasingly higher requirements for cleanliness, safety, and aesthetics of the production environment. For the different functional needs of the factory's workshops, Naidis customized an epoxy grinding colored sand floor system for the Tianshui Cigarette Factory. Through scientific zoning design, it achieves a breakthrough in both function and aesthetics. The system uses natural colored quartz sand and high-performance epoxy resin as its core, creating a wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, and weak acid-alkali-resistant industrial-grade floor through a seamless integrated process. It meets the stringent requirements of the silk-making workshop and the cigarette-making and packaging areas for anti-slip and impact resistance, and optimizes the visual experience with soft color transitions, reducing the coldness of the industrial space. In the warehousing and logistics areas, the floor's oil-resistant and chemical-corrosion-resistant properties ensure long-term cleanliness of material transportation, while its low maintenance cost and environmentally friendly, non-polluting attributes meet the green production standards of the tobacco industry.
