The China Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC) Jiangxi Production and Test Flight Center, a key link in the domestic large aircraft industry chain, undertakes core tasks such as interior installation, painting, test flights, and delivery of ARJ21 and C919 aircraft. Its production environment demands stringent requirements for the cleanliness, load-bearing capacity, and durability of the ground systems. To meet this need, Nedis has tailored a prestressed floor solution for this project, creating a seamless, crack-resistant, high-load-bearing industrial floor through integrated construction technology, helping to upgrade the aviation manufacturing environment. By pre-stressing the concrete, its compressive strength and crack resistance are significantly improved, easily handling the dynamic loads from heavy equipment, high-frequency mechanical operations, and aircraft take-offs and landings, ensuring long-term damage-free ground conditions. Its seamless integrated design significantly reduces dust accumulation and cleaning difficulty. Combined with antibacterial and mildew-resistant properties, it meets the high standards of aviation manufacturing for a clean environment, while also reducing lifecycle maintenance costs. In addition, the floor surface flatness reaches the millimeter level, precisely adapting to the needs of precise operations such as aircraft warehousing and painting, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
