GAC Lingcheng New Energy Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. - Production Workshop
Starting April 21, 2025, GAC Hino Motors Co., Ltd. officially changed its name to "GAC Lingcheng New Energy Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd." Located in Guangzhou, it's a joint-stock enterprise established through a joint venture between Guangzhou Automobile Group and Hong Kong Zhonglong Investment Company. Its origins can be traced back to the Guangzhou Yangcheng Automobile Factory, established in 1958, and it has now become a key pillar of Guangdong's automotive industry. To meet the stringent requirements of new energy commercial vehicle manufacturing for floor systems, GAC Lingcheng's production workshop adopted a combined solution of Nedis solvent-free epoxy mortar flooring and concrete densifier. This system, through a composite process of solvent-free epoxy resin and high-strength mortar aggregates, forms a durable floor layer with high load-bearing capacity and impact resistance. It can withstand the high-frequency operation pressure of heavy machinery, forklifts, and logistics equipment. Simultaneously, the seamless design completely eliminates dust pollution sources, ensuring a clean workshop environment. The accompanying concrete densifier, through deep penetration reaction, strengthens the density and hardness of the concrete base layer, significantly improving the floor's wear resistance and anti-slip performance, and preventing surface wear caused by heavy load rolling or frequent cleaning.
