In the construction of the Lilong Zhongbao intelligent cockpit production base, to meet the production needs of high-precision electronic products, a combination of Nedis anti-static self-leveling flooring and anti-static polyurethane flooring was adopted. The anti-static self-leveling flooring, with its seamless and integrated surface design, effectively prevents the adhesion and spread of dust particles, providing cleanliness assurance for the assembly of precision components. At the same time, its anti-static performance, achieved through the uniform distribution of scientific conductive materials, ensures the rapid dissipation of static charges in the workshop, preventing potential damage to sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge, thereby reducing product defects. Furthermore, the rapid curing characteristics of this flooring significantly shorten the construction period, allowing the factory to be put into production faster, helping the company seize market opportunities. The anti-static polyurethane flooring's superior wear resistance and impact resistance can withstand frequent mechanical operations and heavy-duty transportation, while its chemical corrosion resistance can withstand the erosion of cleaning agents, lubricating oils, and other chemicals, extending the service life of the floor. At the same time, the flexibility of the polyurethane material allows it to remain stable under temperature changes, avoiding the risk of cracking and further reducing maintenance costs.
