Mianyang Cigarette Factory, Sichuan China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd., as the only factory within the Sichuan China Tobacco system with full-process production capabilities, has production workshops with requirements for floor materials that extend beyond functionality; they must also align with the strategic direction of green transformation. The application of the Nedis self-leveling colored sand floor system in this factory is a concrete manifestation of this concept. This flooring system uses polymer resin as a base material, incorporating colored aggregates and wear-resistant particles. A self-leveling process achieves seamless, overall paving. The surface is fine and the color is even, meeting the dual needs of industrial workshops for cleanliness and aesthetics. Through diversified color schemes and texture designs, it provides intuitive identification for production area divisions, improving operational efficiency and safety management capabilities. Addressing the particularities of the tobacco production environment, the formula specifically strengthens temperature resistance and oil resistance, withstanding high-temperature steam cleaning and equipment oil stains. Even after long-term use, it maintains color stability, avoiding surface wear or fading caused by frequent cleaning.
