Fuzhou Metro Line 2, as the first rail transit line in Fujian Province to run through the east-west main axis of Fuzhou, places stringent demands on the performance of ground materials in its platform and track areas. Nedis has developed an epoxy self-leveling floor system to address the challenges of high pedestrian density, frequent mechanical loads, and complex environmental conditions in the metro infrastructure environment. This product prioritizes green environmental protection, using a solvent-free formula with extremely low VOC emissions, meeting the high standards for air quality in enclosed metro spaces. Its high-gloss surface reflects light, improving station lighting efficiency and creating a bright and clean travel environment. The topcoat system, through optimized resin and hardener ratios, forms a strong and dense film layer. It not only boasts excellent wear resistance, capable of withstanding the vibrations and rolling pressure from metro train operations, but also effectively resists the erosion of cleaning agents, oils, and common chemicals in rail transit, maintaining a smooth, crack-free surface for an extended period. Its unique anti-slip texture design balances the coefficient of friction in both dry and wet conditions, significantly reducing safety hazards caused by passenger flow or sudden water accumulation, especially suitable for high-risk areas such as metro stairs and corridors. Furthermore, the product boasts high construction efficiency, allowing for rapid curing and commissioning, minimizing the impact on metro construction progress.
