Nanjing Kangpu Biological Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in the nutritional health product industry, has stringent cleanliness and functionality requirements for its 100,000-grade sterile purification workshop floor system. To meet the high standards of a multi-dosage production environment for tablets, powders, and oral liquids, the project selected the Nedis self-leveling colored sand floor system. This system uses an integrated molding process as its core, combining water-based epoxy resin with selected colored sand particles to achieve a seamless surface, eliminating the problem of dirt accumulation in the joints of traditional flooring. Coupled with the cleanliness level required for GMP certification, it significantly reduces the risk of microbial growth, providing reliable protection for sterile production. Functionally, the self-leveling colored sand floor is not only wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, and resistant to weak acids and alkalis, but it can also withstand long-term corrosion from cleaning agents and disinfectants, adapting to the high-frequency in-situ cleaning operations of the workshop. Its surface uses a micro-texture design, maintaining a smooth and glossy finish while enhancing anti-slip performance, ensuring the safe passage of operators even in wet environments.
