Zhongzhi Pharmaceutical Group, a leading enterprise in Guangdong Province's innovative traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) field, has high standards for its workshop flooring, requiring both functionality and cultural significance for its TCM processed sliced herbs production line. To create a clean space suitable for a new type of health-promoting herbal production environment, the project selected the Nedis self-leveling colored sand floor system. This system uses water-based epoxy resin as a base material and, through a self-leveling process combined with natural mineral colored sand, forms a fine, smooth mirror-like effect. This meets the stringent requirements of TCM production workshops for dust-free and antibacterial properties, while also conveying the natural aesthetics of TCM culture through color design. Compared to other application scenarios, the Zhongzhi Pharmaceutical project particularly emphasizes the moisture-proof and antimicrobial properties of the TCM production environment. The Nedis self-leveling colored sand floor system, through seamless construction, completely eliminates seams, effectively preventing dust and microbial residue generated during the processing of medicinal materials. Combined with the workshop's CIP cleaning system, it enables efficient cleaning to ensure that the production environment consistently meets GMP certification requirements. Its surface uses a low-friction coefficient micro-sand texture design, avoiding the coarse texture of traditional colored sand floors while enhancing anti-slip performance through physical friction, adapting to the safe passage needs of high-humidity processes such as TCM material crushing and mixing.
