To build a clean production system that meets GMP standards, the company introduced the Nedis epoxy self-leveling floor system, empowering quality production with "ground aesthetics." This flooring system uses a two-component formula of food-grade epoxy resin and curing agent. After construction, it forms a mirror-like, smooth, seamless surface, completely eliminating the hidden dangers of dirt accumulation in the joints of traditional flooring and perfectly meeting the strict requirements of cosmetics production for microbial control. Its dense surface structure can resist the long-term penetration of raw liquid materials such as emulsifiers and fragrances. Even in case of accidental spills, it can be restored to cleanliness with just water, greatly reducing cleaning costs and downtime. In response to the unique humidity fluctuations and frequent disinfection needs of beauty workshops, the flooring system enhances its chemical corrosion resistance and can withstand repeated wiping with disinfectants such as alcohol and hydrogen peroxide without discoloration or loss of gloss.
