BYD Deep Shantou Fudi Power Plant - Production Workshop
BYD's Fudi Powertrain Electric Control Factory, a modern manufacturing base integrating core technologies such as "motors, electric controls, power supplies, engines, and high-voltage electrical connections," has extremely high requirements for the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of its production environment. To meet the demands of such stringent scenarios, Nedis has tailor-made anti-static self-leveling flooring and anti-static polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring systems for its core production areas, comprehensively covering key areas such as the motor assembly area, electric control module testing workshop, and high-voltage electrical connection processing area. The anti-static self-leveling flooring uses a composite process of polymer resin base material and conductive medium, achieving a flat and dust-free floor through seamless construction, effectively suppressing particulate pollution, and is especially suitable for motor precision assembly lines with extremely high cleanliness requirements; its surface resistance is precisely controlled at 1×10⁶-1×10⁹Ω (ESD dissipative type), which can quickly dissipate static charges, avoiding electronic component failure or equipment malfunction caused by electrostatic discharge. The anti-static polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring, on the other hand, combines non-angular wear-resistant fillers and elastic resin, not only improving wear resistance by more than 3 times compared to traditional epoxy flooring, but also withstanding frequent rolling of heavy machinery and oil pollution, suitable for high-intensity work environments in electric control workshops and high-voltage electrical connection areas.
