FAW Group Corporation Limited - Production Workshop


Changchun FAW Group, a large state-owned Chinese automobile enterprise group, and its predecessor, the First Automobile Works, pioneered the history of China's automobile industry. In the modernization and upgrading project of its production workshops, to meet the stringent requirements of intelligent manufacturing for the production environment, FAW specially selected the Nedis anti-static self-leveling floor system for comprehensive coverage of the electronic control module assembly area, the new energy battery testing workshop, and the automated production line areas. This system uses an environmentally friendly solvent-free resin as its base material. Through the self-leveling construction process, it achieves a seamless, mirror-like flatness on the ground, effectively eliminating particulate pollution sources and providing clean protection for the operation of high-precision equipment. Its core advantage lies in precise anti-static control: by adding conductive media and integrating it with the grounding system design, it can quickly dissipate static charges to the ground, preventing electronic component failure or data transmission interruption caused by electrostatic discharge, especially suitable for the motor controller assembly line and high-voltage electrical connection processing area of FAW's new energy factory. In addition, the product surface has been matte-treated, which reduces light reflection interference and improves the comfort of operators. At the same time, it has wear resistance, pressure resistance, and oil resistance, and can withstand the high-frequency operation requirements of heavy machinery and automated equipment.
