Liuzhou Fan Sai Ke New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise focusing on lithium-ion battery electrolytes and battery technology, has a production environment with stringent requirements for floor performance. To address potential chemical corrosion, high cleanliness needs, and heavy equipment operating pressures during electrolyte production, Fan Sai Ke ultimately chose the Nedis epoxy self-leveling floor and polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant floor system, comprehensively covering the electrolyte preparation area, battery assembly workshop, and warehousing and logistics areas. The epoxy self-leveling floor, with epoxy resin as its base material, achieves mirror-level flatness through a self-leveling construction process, completely eliminating ground gaps and effectively preventing dust and microbial growth, providing a clean and dust-free working environment for precise electrolyte preparation and battery core component assembly. Its surface has excellent acid and alkali resistance, capable of withstanding corrosion from common weakly acidic or alkaline substances in electrolyte production, ensuring long-term stable operation of the workshop floor. For the high-frequency needs of heavy equipment movement and material transportation in the battery workshop, the polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant floor, through the combination of elastic resin and wear-resistant fillers, significantly improves the floor's impact resistance and anti-slip performance. Its fine particle texture not only reduces tire friction noise but also enhances the safety of personnel walking, especially suitable for high-load areas such as warehousing areas and logistics channels.
