Liuzhou Guoxuan Battery Co., Ltd., a major player in the new energy battery industry, has stringent requirements for the performance of its factory floor. To meet the high standards of wear resistance, impact resistance, and cleanliness required in its production environment, Liuzhou Guoxuan chose the Nedis polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring system. This system uses high-molecular elastic polyurethane as its base material and, through innovative molecular structure design and surface treatment technology, creates an industrial floor that combines functionality and aesthetics. The core advantage of the polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring lies in its excellent physical properties: the material itself has extremely high hardness and toughness, easily handling the frequent rolling of heavy equipment, the impact of material handling, and chemical corrosion, effectively extending the service life of the floor. In Liuzhou Guoxuan's battery assembly and warehousing areas, the flooring, with the addition of wear-resistant aggregates and elastic toughening agents, significantly improves scratch and compression resistance, ensuring that the floor remains flat and undamaged even after long-term use. At the same time, its seamless construction process significantly reduces the accumulation of dust and particulate matter, and, combined with a microporous sound-absorbing structure design, reduces equipment operating noise, providing a clean and quiet working environment for high-precision battery production.
