Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, as a major aviation hub in Western China, requires ground materials that balance high-strength usage needs with aesthetic value. For high-traffic areas such as the terminal and commercial zones, the project team selected Nedis epoxy terrazzo. This solution uses solvent-free epoxy resin as a base material and, through innovative aggregate ratios and artistic construction techniques, creates a floor system that combines functionality and visual appeal. The core advantage of Nedis epoxy terrazzo lies in its excellent crack resistance and durability: the tight bonding of high-density aggregates and resin effectively disperses heavy pressure stress, preventing cracking or pitting caused by frequent movement of baggage carts or heavy equipment. Its surface uses multi-layer curing technology to form a dense, wear-resistant layer that can withstand high-frequency friction and wear for a long time, ensuring that the airport floor remains smooth and even for over ten years. At the same time, the system supports personalized color and texture design. By combining natural mineral pigments and pattern models, it can present gradient colors, geometric patterns, or landmark elements, meeting the airport's modern visual needs while improving passenger navigation efficiency through differentiated zoning design.
