Jiangxi Sunlight Dairy Co., Ltd., a well-known domestic dairy product manufacturer, has always prioritized "safety and quality." Its production base has particularly strict requirements for the cleanliness, durability, and aesthetics of its flooring materials. In this floor renovation project, the project team selected the Nedis self-leveling colored sand flooring system. Through the innovative combination of colored sand particles and epoxy resin, it created a flooring solution for the dairy product production workshop that combines functionality and aesthetics, fully meeting food-grade hygiene standards and modern industrial aesthetic trends. The Nedis self-leveling colored sand flooring uses water-based epoxy resin as a base material, incorporating natural mineral colored sand and recycled aggregates. Through a self-leveling process, it forms a seamless, mirror-like smooth surface, completely eliminating floor gaps and hiding dirt. Coupled with high wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, it can withstand the long-term effects of cleaning agents, residual emulsions, and high-temperature steam, ensuring a clean and stable production environment. To meet the high cleanliness requirements of the dairy product workshop, the system incorporates an anti-slip design to reduce the risk of slips. Its low VOC emissions and solvent-free formula enable zero-pollution construction, meeting food safety contact material standards and ensuring environmental safety and employee health during production.
