In its factory floor upgrade project, Muxe Mineral Water selected the Nedis water-based epoxy flooring system. By combining environmentally friendly materials with seamless technology, it created a floor solution for the production workshop that combines cleanliness, durability, and aesthetics, fully meeting its high standards for food safety and sustainable development. The Nedis water-based epoxy floor uses water-based epoxy resin as a base material and employs nano-level penetration technology to form a dense coating. Its seamless construction technology completely eliminates floor gaps, preventing the growth of microorganisms and liquid penetration. Coupled with high wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, it can withstand the long-term effects of cleaning agents, acid-base solutions, and high-temperature steam, ensuring the cleanliness and stability of the mineral water production area. For the high-humidity environment of the mineral water bottling workshop, the system uses a matte, non-slip textured design to reduce the risk of slipping. At the same time, its low VOC emissions and solvent-free formula achieve zero-pollution construction, meeting EU food-grade hygiene standards and ensuring environmental safety and employee health during production.
