In its continuous process of optimizing the production environment and building a world-class "green intelligent manufacturing" factory, the workshop floor renovation project is particularly crucial. Targeting the unique challenges of the ceramic production environment, such as the intensive use of heavy equipment, frequent raw material transportation, chemical medium corrosion (such as glaze, slurry, and cleaning agents), and high humidity, the Group chose the Nedis composite steel shot flooring system to build a solid and reliable "ground armor" for the production line. The core advantage of this flooring system lies in its excellent physical load-bearing capacity and extreme environmental resistance. The system is made of high-strength metal aggregates (steel shot) and special epoxy resin, forming a solid "metal skeleton" inside the flooring. This gives it far superior compressive strength and wear resistance compared to ordinary industrial flooring, allowing it to easily handle the continuous impact, rolling, and high-frequency friction of heavy presses, kiln equipment, AGVs carrying raw materials, and forklifts in the ceramic workshop, effectively preventing ground sanding, dust generation, and pitting deformation, and ensuring the long-term smooth operation of the production line. At the same time, its dense composite structure gives the flooring excellent anti-permeability and chemical corrosion resistance, effectively blocking the erosion of glaze, slurry, acidic and alkaline cleaning agents, etc., that splash during production, preventing pollutants from penetrating and causing ground deterioration, and maintaining a clean appearance for a long time. Particularly suitable for the high requirements of ceramic production for environmental safety and operational stability, the Nedis composite steel shot flooring provides a high level of safety. Its surface can be customized with a uniform and firm anti-slip texture (not relying on post-sanding), providing reliable grip even in wet glazing areas or after cleaning, significantly reducing the risk of personnel slipping.
