Zhonghang Aviation Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of aviation electrical products, has extremely demanding requirements for the cleanliness, electrostatic protection, and durability of its production workshop's ground environment. To meet the stringent protection needs of electrostatic-sensitive equipment during the production of aviation electronic components, the company chose the Nedis anti-static self-leveling floor system. This system uses solvent-free epoxy resin as a base material and achieves excellent electrostatic dissipation function through scientifically proportioned conductive media (such as single-walled carbon nanotubes). It can quickly ground the static charge generated by human walking, with a surface resistance value stably within the range of 1×10⁶-1×10⁹Ω, effectively eliminating the potential threat of electrostatic sparks to precision electronic components. Its mirror-like flatness and seamless design not only eliminate the gaps and dust accumulation problems of traditional floors, but also reduce lighting energy consumption through a high-gloss surface, creating a dust-free working environment that meets the standards of aviation manufacturing cleanrooms.
