Dongling Group, as one of the first headquarters enterprises recognized by Guangzhou City, has businesses covering three major sectors: grain and oil, machinery, and investment. In this headquarters building renovation project, they chose Nedis epoxy terrazzo, aiming to convey the company's innovative concept of diversified development through high-end materials and design language. As a flooring material that blends artistic aesthetics with industrial performance, epoxy terrazzo achieves a comprehensive breakthrough in color, texture, and functionality through the scientific proportioning of epoxy resin base material and natural mineral aggregates. In the design of Dongling Group's headquarters, epoxy terrazzo uses a low-saturation grayish-white tone as the background, enhancing the space's modernity and style through a delicate granular feel and gloss. Its seamless, integrated construction process not only eliminates the joint problems of traditional floor materials but also effectively resists daily wear and tear and corrosion from cleaning chemicals through its high-density surface structure, adapting to the high-frequency personnel flow and equipment handling needs of office buildings. In addition, the material's stain-resistant and antibacterial properties make it perform exceptionally well in areas with high cleanliness requirements, such as meeting rooms and administrative offices, while its low VOC emissions align with the company's emphasis on a healthy environment for its employees.
