As a core energy base under China Guodian Power Development Co., Ltd., Shanxi Datong No. 2 Power Plant shoulders the important mission of supplying stable electricity to Beijing. In the upgrade of the plant environment, the Nedis self-leveling colored sand flooring system was selected to meet the challenges of high-intensity operations and complex working conditions within the power plant. This flooring system is centered on self-leveling technology, scientifically combining colored wear-resistant aggregates with epoxy resin to solve the problems of easy wear and dirt accumulation in traditional floors. In its application at the No. 2 Power Plant, the dense layer formed by special treatment on the floor surface not only enhances the floor's wear resistance and compression strength, but also effectively resists erosion from oil stains, acid-base solutions, and heavy object rolling, while possessing excellent anti-slip properties, making it suitable for scenarios with frequent equipment movement and high-traffic operations. Furthermore, the seamless integrated structure of the self-leveling colored sand flooring significantly reduces cleaning difficulty, and in conjunction with the power plant's strict environmental management requirements, ensures the floor remains clean with no dead corners for a long time. Environmental attributes are also a key consideration – the material has zero VOC emissions, avoiding adverse effects on precision equipment and the health of operational personnel, aligning with the power plant's green and low-carbon operating philosophy.
