To address this, Nedis customized a vinyl anti-corrosion flooring system for them, utilizing high-molecular vinyl resin as the core material. Through a multi-layer composite structure design, it achieves precise adaptation to complex working conditions. The system's core advantage lies in its excellent chemical resistance, capable of long-term resistance against corrosion from common acids, alkalis, and organic solvents found in PCB production. It also boasts superior anti-seepage capabilities, effectively preventing liquid penetration to the base layer and avoiding ground cracking or structural damage due to chemical corrosion. Its surface incorporates a tight bond between high-strength wear-resistant aggregates and resin, which not only withstands high-frequency mechanical operations and heavy equipment rolling but also maintains surface integrity during frequent cleaning and chemical washing, extending its service life. In terms of functional design, the system employs a seamless integrated construction process, eliminating the potential hazards of traditional floor seams. Coupled with its finely polished flatness, it provides a dust-free and sterile working environment for high-cleanliness workshops, meeting the strict cleanliness requirements of electronic manufacturing.
