The State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Metering Center building project, a crucial infrastructure for Jiangxi's power system, is located on Furong Road in Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone. With a total construction area of 32,000 square meters, it integrates metering and testing laboratories, power service operations, and supporting offices. This necessitates extremely high demands on the functionality and safety of the floor system. Nedis provided an anti-static self-leveling colored sand floor system tailored to this project's needs. Through innovative material combinations and process design, it achieves multiple performance breakthroughs in industrial settings. The system centers on electrostatic conductivity, using a special formula to provide the floor with consistently stable electrostatic dissipation capabilities. This effectively prevents equipment interference or safety hazards caused by static electricity accumulation, particularly suitable for metering and testing areas with a high density of precision instruments. Simultaneously, its surface uses a composite structure of colored wear-resistant aggregates and epoxy resin. This not only offers excellent compressive strength and wear resistance, capable of withstanding high-frequency mechanical operations and the long-term operation of heavy equipment, but also, through seamless integrated construction, eliminates the jointing problems of traditional floors, significantly improving cleanliness and cleaning efficiency.
