COFCO Grain and Oil Industry (Huanggang) Co., Ltd., a large-scale enterprise under COFCO Group integrating grain and oil processing and feed production, has strict requirements for the functionality and safety of its production workshop floor systems—it needs to simultaneously meet multiple needs, including high durability, slip resistance, resistance to oil and dirt corrosion, and easy cleaning. For this scenario, Nedis customized an epoxy mortar floor system, using material innovation and process optimization to provide a professional floor solution for the grain processing industry. This system uses high-performance epoxy resin and selected mortar aggregates as its core, forming a dense and strong composite layer through scientific proportioning. It not only has excellent compressive and wear-resistant properties, capable of withstanding the long-term impact of heavy equipment and frequent mechanical operations, but also uses a seamless integrated construction process to completely eliminate the hidden dangers of traditional floor joints, significantly improving cleanliness and reducing cleaning difficulty. Its surface is treated with a special texture to form a fine anti-slip particle layer, which can effectively prevent personnel from slipping due to oil or wetness in the oil processing environment, ensuring operational safety. In terms of functional adaptability, the material, through the chemical stability of the polymer resin, can resist corrosion from oils, acids, alkalis, and other common pollutants, preventing the floor from softening or falling off due to long-term contact with oil.
