In preparation for the 15th National Games, Guangdong Olympic Sports Center Stadium adopted Nedis outdoor polyurea coating for the renovation of its frequently used open-air stands during the upgrade and transformation. This coating, based on a two-component solvent-free system, forms a dense and continuous elastic coating through spraying. It perfectly adapts to the complex curves and large-span structures of the open-air stands, providing a safe and reliable guarantee for the high-traffic scenarios during the games. Its surface, with a special textured design forming a microporous structure, enhances anti-slip properties while effectively reducing rainwater accumulation. Even in Guangdong's rainy and humid climate, it ensures that the audience seating area remains dry and stable for a long time, reducing the risk of slipping. Compared to traditional cement stand surfaces, Nedis outdoor polyurea coating particularly strengthens outdoor environmental adaptability: by adding UV inhibitors and weather-resistant additives, the coating maintains its vibrant color and structural stability even after prolonged sun exposure and rain, avoiding fading, cracking, and other aging problems. Its highly elastic physical properties can buffer the impact of people walking, reducing vibration transmission between seats and the ground, and improving viewing comfort.
