Aviation Tire Science Center - Production Workshop
The Aviation Tire Science and Technology Center, a national treasure in China's aviation tire R&D field, requires its core area ground design to balance high-strength usage needs with industrial aesthetics. In the production workshop, equipment room, and office areas of this project, a iron-grey Nedis polished colored sand flooring system was selected to meet the high standards of load-bearing capacity, fire safety, and visual uniformity required in aviation tire manufacturing. This flooring system uses polymer resin as its base material, incorporating recycled glass, metal particles, and natural colored sand aggregates. Through multiple polishing processes, a homogeneous, through-colored composite structure is formed, retaining the wear resistance and compressive strength of epoxy colored sand flooring while also giving the floor a delicate metallic texture and matte luster through a special polishing process, perfectly matching the visual style of aviation industry's hard-core technology. Its seamless surface design completely eliminates the dirt-hiding problems caused by traditional floor gaps, facilitating high-frequency cleaning and maintenance. Simultaneously, the high-density resin layer effectively prevents oil stains from penetrating, improving the overall cleanliness of the workshop.
