Chongqing ChuanYi Automation Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in the industrial automation field, built a functional and aesthetically pleasing workspace in its modern smart factory using a floor system. For the precision instrument production area, a Nedis epoxy mortar floor system was used. The optimal ratio of two-component epoxy resin and selected quartz sand creates a dense, non-porous protective layer that resists chemical corrosion and withstands the impact loads from frequent forklift operations. The micro-textured surface treatment ensures anti-slip properties while facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance to meet cleanroom standards. The passageways use a polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring solution. This product surpasses traditional epoxy systems, using polyurethane elastomer as a base material. A special modification process results in a higher surface hardness, capable of withstanding heavy vehicle loads without indentation. Its unique self-healing microstructure effectively resists black marks from tire friction. The accompanying quick-drying line marking paint uses an environmentally friendly water-based formula, achieving rapid curing while maintaining high adhesion.
