As a high-tech enterprise under Aviation Industry Corporation of China, focusing on the R&D of mid-to-high-end connectors and interconnection solutions, China Aviation Optoelectronics' South China production base requires the floor to meet the high standards of cleanliness and anti-static properties for precision electronic manufacturing, while also accommodating the complex needs of both high-cleanliness workshops and the passage of heavy equipment. In this construction project, the project owner selected the Nedis anti-static epoxy self-leveling floor coating system. With its multi-functional protective performance and modern industrial aesthetic design, it creates a safe, efficient, and sustainable floor solution for high-end manufacturing workshops. The Nedis anti-static epoxy self-leveling floor, through the scientific proportioning of solvent-free epoxy resin and conductive additives, achieves high wear resistance and impact resistance while effectively controlling the surface resistance of the floor, preventing electrostatic accumulation from potentially damaging precision electronic components. Its self-leveling process creates a mirror-like flatness, not only meeting cleanroom standards but also eliminating gaps that trap dirt through seamless construction. Coupled with its acid and alkali resistance and easy-cleaning properties, the workshop remains clean even with frequent contact with cleaning agents, oil stains, and high temperatures.
