Wuhan Yuchai, as the core production base of Yuchai Machinery's high-end brand, requires its factory floor to simultaneously meet the high-strength usage requirements and environmental standards of heavy machinery manufacturing. In this upgrade, the project party selected Nedis self-leveling flooring and water-based polyurethane flooring. Epoxy self-leveling flooring, using epoxy resin as the base material, forms a mirror-level smooth surface through the self-leveling process, completely eliminating ground gaps and unevenness. This improves the overall cleanliness of the workshop and, through a seamless structure, blocks the penetration of oil stains, metal debris, and other pollutants. For storage areas, logistics channels, and areas in contact with chemicals, Nedis water-based polyurethane flooring uses an environmentally friendly water-based system as its core. Through the combination of a chemical corrosion-resistant coating and a highly elastic wear-resistant layer, it achieves long-term protection against acid-base solutions, oil stains, and industrial cleaning agents. Its surface uses a fine-grained texture design, which enhances wear resistance while improving anti-slip performance, ensuring the safety of forklifts, AGVs, and other equipment. In addition, the low VOC emissions and solvent-free formula of water-based polyurethane completely avoid the air pollution problems of traditional flooring construction, aligning with Wuhan Yuchai's pursuit of green and intelligent manufacturing and providing a healthy and sustainable ground protection for the heavy-duty engine production environment.
