Jianlibao, as the pioneer of Chinese national sports drinks, interprets the quality pursuit of "Made in China" through the upgrading of its floor system when building a modernized production base. Targeting the high-load operation scenarios of beverage production, Jianlibao innovatively adopted a combination solution of Nady's diamond grinding powder and concrete sealant hardener to build a strong and durable ground ecosystem. This solution uses diamond grinding powder aggregates and cement-based materials to form a high-density hardened layer, like armoring the ground, easily handling the repeated rolling of raw material transport forklifts and the gravity load of finished product stacking. Its surface micro-pore sealing technology effectively prevents the penetration of liquids such as syrup and pigments, avoiding stubborn stains on the ground. The concrete sealant hardener used in conjunction penetrates and crystallizes, forming a dense crystal network inside the concrete, increasing the Mohs hardness of the ground to level 8 or higher, maintaining its resistance to sanding and powdering even in high-temperature and high-humidity production environments. This "combination of rigidity and flexibility" design retains the wear resistance of the diamond grinding powder floor while achieving double protection against seepage and dust through the penetration enhancement of the hardener.
