The Fang Yu Hang Gaojing Transmission Megawatt-Level Wind Turbine Gearbox Capacity Enhancement Project, a benchmark project in wind power equipment manufacturing, places stringent demands on the ground performance of its production environment—requiring high flatness, durability, and safety protection while supporting heavy equipment, high-frequency mechanical operations, and precision machining. To meet these needs, Nedis has custom-designed an epoxy self-leveling + polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring system. Through a collaborative design of "base layer + surface layer," it achieves a deep integration of industrial aesthetics and functional performance. The system uses epoxy self-leveling as the base layer. Its excellent self-leveling properties precisely fill in minor ground irregularities, creating millimeter-level flatness and providing a stable substrate for the subsequent polyurethane layer. Its high-density structure effectively resists the penetration of oil stains and acid-base solutions in the workshop, ensuring the floor remains clean and corrosion-free for a long time. As the surface layer, the polyurethane ultra-wear-resistant flooring combines high-strength resin and wear-resistant aggregates, giving the floor exceptional compressive and scratch resistance. It can withstand the impact of frequent movement of heavy equipment and mechanical vibrations. The matte, sanded texture design ensures excellent anti-slip properties in both dry and wet environments, guaranteeing the operational safety of personnel and equipment.
