Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station - Machine Room Area
The Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station, a crucial peak-regulation power source for the North China Power Grid, demands stringent performance requirements for its core area's flooring materials. In areas such as the control room, equipment rooms, and public corridors, the project team selected Nedis epoxy terrazzo flooring to balance the high-strength usage demands of an industrial setting with the aesthetic expression of a modern energy facility. Nedis epoxy terrazzo, based on solvent-free epoxy resin, combines natural mineral aggregates and recycled materials to achieve high wear resistance and compressive strength, capable of withstanding the pressure and impact of heavy equipment movement and high-frequency pedestrian traffic. In the power station's high-humidity environment, its surface features an anti-slip texture design, reducing the risk of slips caused by water vapor condensation while enhancing drainage performance through a microporous structure to prevent water accumulation. Furthermore, the seamless construction process eliminates floor gaps, effectively blocking dust and oil penetration. Combined with acid and alkali resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, the floor maintains cleanliness and stable performance even with prolonged contact with coolants, lubricants, and other industrial media.
